Salmon fillets & Portions

Farming and production of Camanchaca Salmon is taking place in Puerto Montt and Tome.
The plant is located in Tome, Manuel Montt 1941, Chile (plant number 08143), and like all Camanchaca facilities, equiped with all the latest technology, and the quality is secured by a fully integrated HACCP quality regulations compliance certificate issued by the National Fisheries Service of Chile, Sernapesca.
Farmed frozen Salmon fillets (Salmo Salar) are available in following sizes:

Trim: A - B - C - D, skin off
Trim: E, skin off (fat on)
Trim: E, deep skinned (max fat line 2,5 cm / 1 inch)
Trim: E, fat off (no fat line)

450-1000 gr.
900-1200 gr.
1200-1500 gr.
1500-1800 gr.
1500-2000 gr.
2000-2500 gr.
1800-UP gr.

Quality: Premium, Grade 1, Industrial
Shell life: 24 months
Packing: IQF, 1 x 10 kg, 1 x 15 kg, 1 x 30 kg, but we are able to pack as per customers request.
