Mussel meat

 

Farming and production of Camanchaca Mussels is taking place in Chiloe Island.

 

The plant is located in Rauco, Chonchi, Chiloe Island, Chile (plant number 10727). The plant is, like all Camanchaca facilities, equiped with all the latest technology, and the quality is secured by a fully integrated HACCP quality regulations compliance certificate issued by the National Fisheries service of Chile, Sernapesca and BRC certified by SGS.

 

Farmed frozen Mussel meat (Mytilus Chilensis) are available in following sizes:

Shell life: 24 months

Packing: IQF, 1 x 10 kg bulk, 12 x 1 kg illustrated bags, 20 x 400 gr. bags in own brand per mastercarton, but we are able to pack as per customers request.
